A dated review line beats an evergreen claim. Original data, published proof of reserves, and audit references carry more weight than adjectives about security. Credibility is earned in specifics.
Credibility here is structural. It is who wrote the page, what the site publishes about itself, and whether third parties corroborate any of it.
MiCA, the SEC and compliance-safe content
Europe’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation entered into force on June 29, 2023 and applied to crypto-asset service providers from December 30, 2024. The grandfathering window under Article 143(3) closed on July 1, 2026, with variation by member state. MiCA also requires that marketing communications be fair, clear and not misleading, which is a content requirement before it is a legal one.
