Meet Éric St-Cyr – Founder of ProStar SEO
Éric St-Cyr is the driving force behind ProStar SEO, bringing a unique blend of entrepreneurial grit, technical expertise, and life-tested resilience. His journey into SEO began after founding a pioneering online brokerage in the Cayman Islands and leading it to international success. In the face of personal and professional trials, Éric turned adversity into opportunity, teaching himself the inner workings of SEO to help launch his daughter’s startup, MiumMium, now a global platform operating in over 70 countries.
With a passion for making SEO understandable and results-driven, Éric founded ProStar SEO to deliver transparent, personalized optimization strategies that demystify digital growth. Today, he helps businesses rise to the top of Google rankings while empowering them with the knowledge to answer the question: “How does SEO actually work?”

Our website launches and the SEO agency is born
ProStar SEO was born from a simple but ambitious idea: to make SEO clear, honest, and performance-driven. Our first website went live in 2019, offering tailored SEO services for small businesses.
Officially incorporated in Québec, Canada
The success of our early projects led to the company's official incorporation. Based in Québec, we began serving clients across the province and building out our in-house team.
