15 Best Casino SEO Agencies 2026, Ranked by the SEO Contextual Density Index
You found this page on Google, or an AI answer sent you here.
That’s the work. We can do the same for your casino brand.
This page used to be one of the lists it now measures: ten casino SEO agencies in a ranked order, ProStar SEO at number one, and no method anywhere on it. We wrote it that way. The SEO Contextual Density Index replaces the claim with a measurement. Five pillars make each score, every constant behind them is published, and every term the pages are scored against comes from the competitors’ own pages by a fixed rule rather than from ours. No agency’s row is computed from another agency’s row, so a rival rewriting its page cannot move our number and our page cannot move theirs. ProStar SEO prints its own row at whatever rank the instrument gives it, in this edition and in every edition after, including the editions where the row sits outside the top fifteen.
The casino SEO market, measured
Fifteen quality agencies compete for “casino seo agency” in the United States; there are others, and this table covers the ones the live SERP put in front of a buyer. We measured the fourteen agency service pages in that SERP plus our own casino page, against one 195-term list built from what the competitors write. ProStar SEO places first at 56.9, 8.4 ahead of Elit-Web: 116 of 195 terms covered against 108, and 40 of them in a title or heading against 32. Softtrix wins footprint at 71.8 against our 44.6, and our 264 page-one keywords sit against Elit-Web’s 2,571. Our own page does not rank in the top 47 for the anchor, and the table prints that beside our score.
Geography is the next thing the cohort shows. A United States search returns an Estonian company in Tallinn, a Cypriot company in Nicosia, three English agencies in London, Cheltenham and Guildford, a Polish agency in Wrocław, an Indian agency in Mohali and a Canadian agency in Québec City. Casino SEO is bought across borders because the operators are.
Price and clients are the next two. Four of the fifteen publish a real figure on their own site: SeoProfy quotes $8,000, $10,000 and $20,000 a month by tier, SEO Image starts campaigns at $1,500 a month, Motherlink prices managed link placement at around €45 per link, and ProStar SEO publishes monthly starting prices by service. Ocere names Betway, Unibet and 888; Absolute Digital Media names Ladbrokes and 888 Casino; ICODA names Bc.game and Bitcasino. Three agencies name no client at all, and ProStar SEO is one of the three. All of these are the agencies’ own statements, linked in the profiles below, and none has been verified with the operator.
The measurement separates the cohort more cleanly than the SERP does. Coverage runs from 45 of the 195 market terms to 116, and contextual density from 6.50% to 20.19%, across pages that all sell the same service. The page ranking first in Google, seo.casino, places seventh and carries no measurable branded search volume and no Google Business profile, which costs it the whole footprint pillar.
One gap runs through every page in the cohort. The compliance vocabulary of this industry, meaning the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority, Curaçao licensing and responsible gambling, appears on fewer than two competitor pages each and therefore falls below the threshold to enter the instrument at all. Fifteen agencies sell SEO to licensed gambling operators and almost none of them write about the license on the page where they sell it.
Every score is computed from that agency’s page and site alone, against published constants. Google’s position is printed beside each score and never enters it.

Full tables below: the index (ten columns) and the characteristics (twelve columns), both sortable.
Why contextual density is the yardstick
Across the markets we have measured, the pages that rank carry more of the vocabulary a buyer uses than the pages that don’t, and they carry it as a wide set of distinct terms rather than one phrase repeated. Contextual density is that measurement: the share of a page’s words that belong to the market’s term list, read together with how many distinct terms the page covers and how often each one returns. A high reading means the page speaks the market’s language across the whole topic, which is the clearest on-page sign that an agency understands strong SEO. That is why we measure other SEO agencies’ pages on it, and why it carries most of the weight below.
Contextual density explained in five minutes →How the index scores
Coveragedistinct list terms on the page ÷ 195, as a percentage
Density100 × CD ÷ (CD + 10); the market median of 10.5% scores 50
Structureshare of the page’s distinct list terms that also appear in the title, H1, H2 or H3
Footprintbranded search volume (US, ceiling 10,000/mo) and Google reviews weighted by rating (ceiling 500), log-scaled, averaged
Efficiency100 × min(1, 3 ÷ repetition index); at or below 3 scores 100
Bars are drawn against the heaviest signal. The five weights sum to 100.

Who shows up in AI answers
AI presence here is a countable figure: the number of US keywords for which Google’s AI Overview cites each domain, from the Semrush index on 2026-09-18. Nothing is scored from it; it’s printed because a buyer choosing an SEO agency in 2026 wants to know who the machines already quote. SeoProfy is cited on 594 keywords, Softtrix is cited on 572 keywords, ProStar SEO on 115. Bars are log-scaled, so a bar half as long is roughly a count forty times smaller.
Semrush “AI Overview positions”, us database: keywords where the domain appears as a cited source inside the AI Overview. A related figure, keywords the domain ranks for whose SERP carries an AI Overview, runs about ten times higher for every member and is not what’s shown here.
What you’d want to know before calling them
Nothing in this table is scored. It’s the set of facts the ranking pages on this query print about each agency, collected the same way for all fifteen and tagged by source in each column header: stated means the agency says so on its own site and the bracket links to where; public record means Google Maps or Clutch; a measured count comes from the Semrush index on the pull date. Where a fact isn’t public it says so rather than guessing.

How to take first place on this table
The runner-up, Elit-Web, sits 8.4 points behind. With every other pillar unchanged, closing that gap through coverage alone means covering 41 more of the 195 terms on the published list. The list, each term’s document frequency across the cohort, the measuring script and its checksum are on the methodology page. Any agency on this table can request a re-measurement; the result is printed, with the date, whatever it shows.
How to choose a casino SEO agency
Start from the license. An operator holding a UK Gambling Commission license carries advertising rules that an operator holding a Curaçao license does not, and content that is compliant in Ontario can breach the code in Great Britain. Ask the agency which regulators it has published under and ask it to name a page it wrote that went through an operator’s compliance review. An agency that has never had copy sent back by a compliance officer has not worked in this industry long.
Separate the affiliate work from the operator work next. A large share of casino SEO revenue comes from affiliate sites, where the page ranks a review of a casino rather than the casino, and the two jobs share vocabulary while sharing almost no constraints. Affiliate SEO tolerates aggressive link acquisition because the asset is disposable. An operator’s domain is not disposable, and an operator who buys affiliate tactics inherits a risk that outlives the engagement.
Ask what happens in a manual action. Gambling is one of the sectors Google’s web spam team reviews by hand, and link-driven growth in this market carries a real chance of a manual penalty at some point in a long engagement. The useful question is not whether the agency has ever had a client penalized, because the honest answer across a long career is usually yes. Ask instead what the recovery looked like, how long it took and who paid for it.
Read the link sourcing before you read the case study. Every agency on this table sells link building, several sell it as the main service, and the price per link is the part of casino SEO most often bought without inspection. Ask where the links come from, whether the placements are disclosed, and whether the agency owns any of the sites it places on. Motherlink publishes a per-link price and Astrak Agency publishes a backlink price band; the other thirteen would have to be asked.
Treat the traffic number in a case study as the least interesting figure in it. Several agencies here publish large percentage gains, and a percentage with no starting point is compatible with almost any underlying reality. The figures worth asking for are first-time deposits, registrations and revenue per market, because those are what an operator is actually buying, and because an agency that has them will usually say so.
Questions to ask before hiring
Which gambling licenses have your clients held, and can I speak to one of those operators? Named clients on a page are a claim; a reference call is evidence. Three of the fifteen agencies on this table name no client at all, and every named client here is the agency’s own statement rather than a verified one.
Do you work with operators, affiliates, or both, and how do you keep the two apart? The tactics that work on a disposable affiliate site can damage an operator’s domain permanently. An agency serving both should be able to explain the separation without hesitating.
Where do your links come from, and do you own any of the sites you place on? Self-owned placement networks are common in this market and rarely disclosed. Ask for a sample of live placements from the last quarter rather than a description of the process.
What is your monthly price, and what does it exclude? Eleven of the fifteen agencies here publish no price at all. Get the figure in writing, then ask separately what content, links and technical work are inside it and what gets billed on top.
Has a client of yours received a manual action, and what happened next? An agency that says no has either been lucky, been brief, or is not answering. The recovery story tells you more about the agency than the penalty does.
Which of these numbers would you be willing to be measured on in six months? Rankings and traffic are easy to move and easy to present. First-time deposits, registrations and revenue by market are the numbers an operator is paying for.
Reading the table
Five pillars make the score, and four of them measure the page rather than the company. Coverage counts how many of the 195 market terms the page uses and carries 40% of the weight. Density passes the page’s contextual density through a saturation curve, so a page at the market median of 10.5% scores 50 and further repetition returns less and less. Efficiency rewards a page that covers its terms without repeating each one, using a repetition index of 3 as par. Structure counts the share of covered terms that reach a title, H1, H2 or H3.
Footprint is the fifth and the only one that measures the company. It averages branded search volume against a ceiling of 10,000 a month with the Google review count weighted by rating against a ceiling of 500, both log-scaled. It carries 15%, the smallest weight of the five, and it is queried on the market’s country. That choice costs ProStar SEO roughly six points here, because a Québec agency’s brand searches happen largely outside the United States database, and we would rather state the cost than call the pillar neutral. Eight of the fifteen agencies have no Google Business profile we could find and score zero on half of this pillar.
Google’s own position for each page sits in the second column and never enters the score. Printing it is the point: an index that scored a page partly on where Google already ranks it would be dressing up the SERP as a measurement. The two columns disagree here more than they agree, and seo.casino ranking first in Google while placing seventh on the index is the clearest instance of it. Whether the index or the SERP is the better guide to a buyer is a question this page does not settle, and we would rather leave it open than pretend otherwise.
The other markets on this index
The index measures one market at a time. Each market carries its own term list, built from the vocabulary that market’s own competitors use, so the lists differ in size and a score here is not a score over there. What carries across markets is the method: five pillars, the same constants, the same absolute scale, a fresh SERP capture and a fresh measurement behind every edition. These are the other markets published under index 4.0.
